Your San Francisco Bicycle Coalition is developing our next strategic plan, and we will need your help. A strategic plan sets organizational priorities, manages resources, engages members and stakeholders, and strengthens operations all in service of our mission to promote the bicycle for everyday transportation.
Our current strategic plan has successfully guided our work for the past five years with a clear set of goals and outcomes, the vast majority of which we are on track to achieve. A strategic planning committee made up of board members and staff has formed to review our progress to date on that plan and collect data to shape and inform our next plan. The committee is working to solicit input from members, community organizations, City officials, and many others.
