Be a Bike to School Champion
If you missed our live webinar on March 13, you can watch the recording and get all the resources you need. This online 1-hour class will help get you ready, whether you’re an experienced rider planning a bike train, an enthusiastic beginner at biking to school, or a volunteer who wants to include all families. The webinar will cover the basics of biking safely with children, inclusive practices for walkers, transit users and people with disabilities, and event planning tips to stage a successful celebration.
Volunteer for the Prize Packing Party
Spread the fun to every corner of the city: pack the giveaways for the thousands of students celebrating Bike & Roll to School Week. On April 4, we’ll assemble 7,000 giveaway goody packets for participating students. Refreshments, snacks and fun with fellow school organizers and SF Bicycle Coalition members make this an annual event not to be missed. Supervised children are welcome to assist.
