DESCRIPTION:**This class has been canceled.** \nThis class is at Phoenix Day Family Fun Hub in the Excelsior! Find us on Mission St between Theresa St/Avalon Ave and Geneva Ave. Exact Location TBD. \nFreedom from Training Wheels is a great way to get kids riding without training wheels! This class is best for children ages 2-5\, but older children are welcome. We will have pedal bikes\, balance bikes\, and helmets available for your little one to use for free. If you have your own\, feel free to bring it! If you want to start practicing at home\, check out our How to Teach your Child to Ride a Bike Guide (English\, Español\, 中文) with step-by-step instructions. \nPreregistration is not required\, just stop by! \nA parent/caregiver must stay with their child for the duration of the class. \n\n \nThis class is part of the SFMTA’s Bicycle Safety Education program\, presented in partnership with the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition. It is made possible by the San Francisco County Transportation Authority through a grant of Proposition K Local Transportation Sales Tax Funds.
