This workshop is funded by the Excelsior Collaborative and Mission YMCA and is free for you to join. Learn the fundamentals of balancing and gliding a bike before adding pedals.

Parents or friends will leave the session knowing how to keep the learning going until the new rider is pedaling independently.

Bring a bike that the rider can sit on with the seat low enough for their feet to be flat on the ground with legs extended almost straight.
