Explore the Bay with the Gals! These monthly scenic rides are geared for women aged 50-plus years young, but all riders are welcome. Four levels of rides are offered to accommodate everyone from new to experienced riders. No rider is left behind. RSVP required.
Join the Gals for a ride from Golden Gate Park to Ocean Beach, down Great Highway to Sloat and return. We’ll show you a route, provide tips for riding in the city, and have a relaxing ride.
Level: A
Distance: About 10 miles, generally flat.
Start and Finish: Behind the Bandshell in the Music Concourse in Golden Gate Park.
