Explore the Bay with the Gals! These monthly scenic rides are geared for women aged 50-plus years young, but all riders are welcome. Four levels of rides are offered to accommodate everyone from new to experienced riders. No rider is left behind. RSVP required.
Join the Gals for a ride from the MacArthur BART station, across the oh-so-scenic Bay Bridge Path. We’ll circle Treasure Island, and return the way we came. There are few better views of the bay than we’ll have on this ride. We’ll show you a route, provide tips for riding in the city, and have a relaxing ride.

Distance: 18 miles, basically flat
