
JFK Promenade 5th Anniversary Celebration

Join WalkSF, SFBike, SF Recreation & Parks, Kid Safe SF, The Church of 8 Wheels, and friends at an afternoon picnic celebrating the 5th anniversary of car-free JFK Promenade, featuring family-friendly activities and lawn games.
- 12:30: History of Car-Free Spaces in Golden Gate Park with Nancy Botkin
- 1:30: Drag Queen Story Hour
- 2:30: Birthday Shout-Outs & Raffle
Bring: your bike locks, picnic, and blanket. SFBike will provide racks for you to self park and lock your bike.
Please leave no trace by packing out your own waste.
Accessibility: Within a block, there are 3 ADA spots at McLaren Lodge and 4 where Nancy Pelosi Dr meets JFK Promenade. The large, free surface ADA lot behind the Music Concourse has direct pickup for the free shuttle to Peacock Meadow. More from Rec and Park.
