Pride Parade 2022: SF Bicycle Coalition Contingent

Sunday, June 26, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Experience the San Francisco Pride Parade firsthand with the SF Bicycle Coalition Pride Parade contingent! There is nothing quite like the thrill and exhilaration of riding down the center of Market Street in one of the biggest Pride celebrations in the world.

Decorate your bicycle beforehand and grab your favorite costume. Bring the whole family! Kids are welcome (though be aware that some standing around is inevitable!).

You must be a current member of the SF Bicycle Coalition, Bike East Bay or the Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition to ride in the contingent. Not a member? Select the “Parade RSVP + SF Bicycle Coalition Membership” ticket type.

Finalized parade contingent schedule is below:

  • 9:00 – 9:25 am: Arrive to the assembly area with your bike already decked out for Pride! Location of assembly area will be emailed no later than June 15th. Allow plenty of time to arrive as streets will be gridlocked.
  • 9:25 – 10:00 am: Sign in, meet your fellow Pride Parade participants, add last touches of decoration to your bike (first come, first served!) and get ready to step onto Market St.
  • 10:00 am – 10:30 am: Expected step off time
  • 10:45 – 11:00 am: It takes about 30 minutes to ride down Market St. in the parade. The parade route ends at Market St. and Eighth St. Stick around for a group photo immediately following the parade!

Finalized meeting location: STEUART STREET BETWEEN MISSION AND HOWARD STREETS (“BLOCK G”)
