11:00am – 3:00pm | CLASE DE CICLISMO PARA NIÑOS

En colaboración con el programa YBike del YMCA, este programa le enseñará a los niños como andar en bicicleta seguramente. Se les prestará bicicletas a los niños para que practiquen sus habilidades o los niños podrán traer sus propias bicicletas si las tienen.

12:00pm – 1:30pm | CLASE PARA ADULTOS: CICLISMO SEGURO 

Participe en nuestra clase de Ciclismo Seguro para conocer las reglas básicas de como andar en bicicleta en San Francisco. Para esta clase, estaremos colaborando con Escuela San Pedro. En esta clase, discutiremos los reglamentos de tránsito para bicicletas, como planear su ruta, y mucho más. Esta clase servirá como una introducción para las personas que quieren aprender como andar en bicicletas por la ciudad o que quieren mejorar sus habilidades como ciclista urbano. No se necesitará tener una bicicleta para participar en la clase.

Biking together as a family is a wonderful way to get exercise and have fun!  Come try it out at our Family Biking fair, featuring a fun biking workshop for adults and a Learn-to-Ride workshop taught by YBike.  We introduce biking in a fun, safe, and structured way.

Saturday, Oct. 2 | St. Peter’s Catholic School (enter on Alabama St.  between 24th and 25th Streets) 

11:00am – 3:00pm | CHILDREN’S LEARN-TO RIDE WORKSHOP 

In collaboration with the YMCA’s YBike program, this program will teach children how to ride safely. Children will be loaned bikes to practice their skills or children can bring their own bikes if they have them.

1:30-2:00pm: Lunch will be provided

12:00pm – 1:30pm | CLASS FOR ADULTS:  SMART CITY CYCLING 1

Join our Smart City Cycling 1 class to learn the basic rules of riding a bike in San Francisco. For this class, we will be collaborating with Escuela San Pedro. In this class, we will discuss bicycle traffic regulations, how to plan your route, and much more. This class will serve as an introduction for people who want to learn how to ride bicycles around the city or who want to improve their skills as an urban cyclist. You do not need to own a bike to participate.
