Pedal over the bridge, through Sausalito and on to Tiburon. We’ll take a short break in Tiburon to rest and enjoy the gorgeous views of the Bay. To return, you have three options:

1. Take the ferry back to SF from Tiburon (aiming for the 12:10pm ferry but dependent on the pace of the group) for a ~20 mile ride. Ferry returns to Fisherman’s Wharf.
2. Take the ferry back to SF from Sausalito (aiming for the 2:10pm ferry but dependent on the pace of the group) for a ~30 mile ride. Ferry returns to the Ferry Building.
3. Or, you can do it!!, return to SF via bike for ~40 mile ride. We’ll cross the Golden Gate Bridge together, then say good-byes and head our separate ways to go home.

This ride is intended for those riders who are confident on a bike but are newer to riding longer distances. We’ll ride at a comfortable average pace of about 10-12 mph and many riders will be on hybrid bikes as opposed to road bikes. We’ll make periodic stops to make sure no one gets lost.

Free event but riders are responsible for purchasing their own ferry ticket.
