The Supermarket Street Sweep is an annual bike race that benefits the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank. Last year, 166 racers brought in 18,202 lbs. of food on their bicycles and raised $21,229! Since 2005, hundreds of participants have zipped around the city to local supermarkets and brought back thousands of pounds of food to donate to the SF-Marin Food Bank.
