Did you know that only a third of San Francisco bike commuters are women? Nationally, that number is even lower – at 24%.
That’s why earlier this year, the SF Bicycle Coalition launched a pilot program, Women Bike SF, that aims to inspire more women, trans* and female-identified individuals to ride bikes. As part of this initiative, we have partnered with a students at Stanford University to develop a toolkit of resources.
If you identify as a woman, trans* or female, and you ride a bike regularly, please take this 5-10 minute survey to share your thoughts about commuting in San Francisco. Your response is greatly appreciated!
