The first board meeting with the newly elected members will be held on February 24, 2026. *SFBike comprises two entities: the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition, our 501(c)(4) membership entity, and the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition Education Fund, our affiliated 501(c)(3) charitable entity. Each entity has its own board of directors. Members of the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition vote annually on open seats for that entity’s board. In concert with the appointed Education Fund board, our all-volunteer boards hold the important power of approving our budgets and helping create our long-term strategy.
