Firefighters’ Family Bike Ride to Golden Gate Park

Pump up your tires, get a quick safety lesson and let’s roll! The SF Bicycle Coalition and SF Fire Department invite families to bike with us from the Panhandle Park bike/pedestrian path to Car Free Sunday on JFK Drive. The SF Fire Department will station one of their trucks there for families to explore and enjoy. This event is open to adults and children with basic biking ability. Please bring your own bikes and helmets. Family bikes, trailers and babies on board are welcome.
10:00 am Meet at blacktop at Fell & Ashbury for helmet check & safety review
10:15 am Depart Panhandle for Golden Gate Park (approximately 2 mile ride)
10:30-11:00 am Fire truck!
11:00 am Optional: continue to Sunday Streets Great Highway
