Our Bike It Forward program relies on volunteers to help us rebuild donated bikes, which we’ll be giving away at this year’s BMAGIC Backpack Giveaway. This is one of our most cherished events—helping kids kick off the school year with a bike of their own and a sense of freedom that can last a lifetime.

We do this work because we believe every young person deserves the chance to feel confident, connected, and mobile in their own neighborhood—especially in communities where safe infrastructure is lacking and biking isn’t always easy.

This night is also part of our fundraising push to support this giveaway. Redwood Credit Union is matching every donation 2-to-1, so every dollar goes three times as far.

We’ll have light refreshments, good tunes, and plenty of time to connect while we wrench together. No experience necessary—just bring your love for bikes and community.
